Residential | Florida
The modern waterfront estate at 4080 Ibis Point Circle in Boca Raton, Florida, showcases a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living. Designed by the award-winning team at Marc-Michaels Interior Design, the home pairs clean architecture with timeless luxury. Their vision called for materials that feel elegant yet withstand the humid coastal climate, and Trinity Surfaces supplied the key surfaces to bring that vision to life.
For the main floor and expansive patio, the design team chose Trinity Surfaces’ an Italian marble-look porcelain tile. Its large-format size and soft matte finish create an unbroken flow from interior to exterior, while the subtle onyx veining adds quiet sophistication. The rectified edges allow for tight grout lines, reinforcing the home’s modern, minimal look and ensuring durability in high-traffic areas exposed to both sun and moisture.
In Bathroom Four, the designers introduced texture and contrast with Audrey Lane’s Skord High Frequency tile on the shower wall. The tile’s rhythmic pattern catches the light and becomes a striking focal point, complementing the neutral palette of the surrounding spaces.
The result is a residence that feels calm, open, and connected to its environment. Trinity Surfaces’ expertise and wide product range supported every step of the design process, ensuring the materials met both aesthetic and performance demands. From the expansive marble-look porcelain floors to the statement shower wall, each surface enhances the home’s sleek architecture while delivering lasting beauty and function.
