Retail | Florida
The Good Pour introduces a larger, flagship location in College Park, expanding its mix of retail and community-driven experience. The space supports everything from casual browsing to in-store events, so the design needed to work harder. It had to manage flow, define purpose, and hold up under constant use.
The design team at Little sourced all tile from Trinity Surfaces to maintain consistency across the project. Instead of breaking the space into separate rooms, they kept the layout open and used material to create structure. A warm, wood-look porcelain establishes a familiar base, while a deeper-toned concrete-look surface moves through the space to mark key areas like display zones and service points. These shifts are intentional but not abrupt, allowing the layout to stay cohesive while still giving each area its own identity.
Curved transitions between materials replace hard lines, guiding customers naturally from one zone to the next. Movement through the space feels intuitive, with the layout doing the work instead of relying on signage. A controlled palette of light and dark tones adds depth without distraction, while subtle texture keeps the surfaces from feeling flat.
The result is an open, organized space that handles high traffic and supports multiple uses with ease. Tile becomes part of the experience, shaping movement, defining areas, and supporting how people interact with the environment from the moment they walk in.
