We’ve been ninja-fying surface design since 1996. That’s why when someone joins Team TS, they earn the rank of Surface Ninja. It’s an elite and exclusive group of surface design professionals that we are proud to call part of the Trinity Surfaces family. Our mission statement sums up what we do perfectly:

We work hard, we care about our customers, and we are selfless with our dedication. Additionally, we are really, really good at having fun. So, we got feedback from our team of Surface Ninjas to give some insight as to what it’s really like to be part of Team TS.

Q: What is the proper definition of a Trinity Surfaces Surface Ninja?
SN: “We are ultimately a surface design tool that takes assistance and customer care a step further.”
Q: What exactly does a Surface Ninja do on a day-to-day basis?
SN: “On a daily basis, we go above and beyond to make sure that customers are met with the highest quality care, products, and services. Using our vast amount of resources, each surface solution is fitted to the scope and style of the project.”
Q: If a brand is interested in working with a Surface Ninja, what can they expect?
SN: “When brands and/or interior designers/builders come to us, they can expect hard work and focused attention on their project and needs. We work extremely hard every single day to get things done, and to get them done right the first time. Customers can also expect an annual get-together/party to show our gratitude for great collaboration and partnerships. Once someone becomes a customer, they become family.”
Q: What types of services can a Surface Ninja offer?
SN: “We bring superior customer service and more quality product options than most.”
Q: As a Surface Ninja, how would you describe your relationship with surface design?
SN: “Cue a love song, any love song. No, really, we love surface design and our relationship with the industry continues to grow and blossom.”
Q: What is your favorite part about being a Surface Ninja?
SN: “We love helping people. At the end of the day, that’s what we feel like we do. We help people, who are professionals, bring their visions and interior design plans to life. It is an all around favorite moment when a customer sees their project in the final stages. The bliss, satisfaction, and overall excitement they show is unmatched.”
Q: If you could sum up the role of a Surface Ninja in one mantra or quote, what would it be?
SN: “We love what we do, and we do it with passion and purpose.”
