A real engineered wood floor from Twelve Oaks establishes the foundation with its soft sage undertone and natural white oak grain—bringing warmth and authenticity throughout the open areas. In select zones, a special order porcelain terrazzo tile from Trinity Tile provides a refined, durable contrast underfoot, pairing timeless style with modern performance. The walls showcase a thoughtful mix of handcrafted ceramic tile from Original Style and colorful glazed pieces from Soho Studio, each adding depth and personality through their tactile finishes. Accents of green ceramic and penny-round mosaics from Maison introduce subtle color variation, giving each vignette a distinctive yet cohesive identity.
