Located where the backdrop to an active lifestyle offers remarkable views and beckoning landscapes, work-life convenience and boundless cultural amenities, the Roadrunner on McDowell luxury apartment complex in Scottsdale, AZ worked with HBC Design Group, JLB Partners, and Interior Logic Group in partnership with Trinity Surfaces to use Artaic’s 1″ Glazed Porcelain creating a stunning feature wall for one of their outside seating areas. The design features a custom colorway of Kaleido from Artaic’s Verge Collection that ties together the overall color scheme of the space. “Arizona Multihousing Association (The Apartment trade association in Arizona) awarded the Roadrunner the recognition as the Best Community Design (Mid-Rise Projects) for 2022 in Arizona”, says Jessica Goss, Design Director with HBC Design Group.
“Working with Trinity Surfaces has been great,” says Goss, “There is easy communication between me as the designer, Trinity Surfaces, and the third party vendor to really create beautiful pieces. This multi-family project in Arizona was fun because I got to branch out into authentic mid-century modern style. Using the Artaic Verge Collection Kaleido we were able to customize the colors to fit the project and create an “instagrammable” wall feature.”
